Hello, my name is Yeni Towver, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and founder of Nurturing Mind, Body & Spirit. As a first-generation Mexican-American mother, grandmother, military wife, and woman of faith, my personal experiences deeply influence my therapeutic approach and understanding of clients' needs. With nearly a decade of experience, I have witnessed the profound impact therapy can have on addressing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, relationship issues, mood disorders, and grief and loss. I empathize with the complexities faced by diverse individuals and provide a safe space for them to explore emotions, develop resilience, and achieve holistic well-being.

Our therapeutic approach is carefully tailored to each client's unique needs and goals, drawing upon a rich tapestry of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which focuses on identifying and modifying negative thought patterns and behaviors, inner child therapy, which addresses unresolved emotional issues from childhood, schema therapy, which helps individuals recognize and break free from self-defeating patterns, and mindfulness practices, which cultivate present-moment awareness and acceptance.
