Simranjeet
Offering In-Person and Telehealth Services in California.
My name is Simran, and I’m an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist who believes that healing begins in spaces where you feel seen, safe, and supported. I work with children, teens, individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, relationship concerns, social anxiety, and low self-esteem.
I completed my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University in 2024. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Bowen Family Therapy, and Parts Work (inspired by Internal Family Systems). I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of each client. I also incorporate nervous system regulation tools such as somatic exercises to help clients reconnect with their bodies, calm internal overwhelm, and build lasting emotional resilience.
I understand that mental health is deeply connected to physical well-being. I support clients living with thyroid conditions, autoimmune diseases, and other chronic health concerns that may affect their emotional resilience, mood, and self-esteem. My goal is to help clients navigate these experiences with insight, care, and compassion.
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story, build on your strengths, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that need the most care.
Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning with a new perspective, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Healing is a form of self-love—and choosing yourself is a powerful place to start.
I offer in-person and telehealth therapy and I speak English, Punjabi, and Hindi fluently.
