I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, mood concerns, emotional regulation, identity development, and relational challenges.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in 2025. As a Filipino, first-generation male therapist, I bring a culturally responsive, gender-affirming lens to my work and value honoring the ways culture, family systems, and lived experience shape mental health.
In therapy, my approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and holistic. I integrate CBT, mindfulness-based practices, and insight-oriented work to help clients better understand emotional patterns rooted in both past experiences and present-day stressors. I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults who are seeking greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of identity. I strive to create an authentic, compassionate space where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and reconnect with themselves as they move toward meaningful and lasting change.
