Eliseo
Meet
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience working in both public and private settings. I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety disorders, insomnia, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns.
My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and breathwork, motivational interviewing, and insight-oriented therapy. I also incorporate strength-based and culturally responsive practices, including spirituality when aligned with your values.
I strive to create a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment, tailoring the structure and pace of our work to meet your individual needs. My work is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to helping you build meaningful and sustainable change.
As a bilingual (Spanish-speaking), gay Latino and first-generation American, I bring a rich and diverse lived experience to my clinical work and welcome clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
