Hello, my name is Estie Sarvasy, I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW). I have experience working in Massachusetts and New York with individuals navigating complex medical and life transitions, including dementia, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, cancer, and dialysis. My work has focused on supporting clients in maintaining dignity, connection, and quality of life through creative and expressive modalities.

I take a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that each person’s story deserves to be heard and honored. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. My work often incorporates expressive and body-based techniques to support engagement, emotional processing, and new perspectives.

Depending on your needs and preferences, I may integrate approaches such as art, music, movement, and drama therapy techniques, including role play, storytelling, and psychodrama. I have supported clients navigating grief, depression, anxiety, and substance use, and I tailor our work to align with your goals and comfort level.

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in New York. I have also pursued advanced training in drama therapy, including sociodrama and bibliodrama. After relocating to California in 2025, I look forward to continuing to support clients in meaningful and creative ways.
