Hi there! My name is Megan Partiyeli, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals and families move from a place of conflict toward a life of connection and peace. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and my goal is to provide a warm, authentic space where you feel safe to explore your story and discover your own path to healing.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, and earned a B.A. in Psychology from UC San Diego. As a first-generation Iranian-American, I am deeply mindful of how our culture, family history, and lived experiences shape who we are today. My approach is rooted in the belief that our well-being is deeply influenced by the world around us—our relationships, our history, and the environments we live and work in. Because of this, I look at the whole picture of your life to help you gain clarity on the patterns that might be keeping you stuck. Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition or wanting to improve your relationship with yourself and others, we will work together to understand the root of these challenges.

In our sessions, I am an active and engaged therapist. I use an integrative approach that combines a Person-Centered foundation with Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused tools. This means we will work on understanding your relationships while also building a practical toolkit to help you reach your future goals. I also incorporate mindfulness to help you stay grounded and better understand how your body carries stress.

I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety & depression, ADHD & neurodivergence, trauma & healing, interpersonal patterns & communication, self-esteem & self-discovery, and life transitions.

My approach is truly holistic, addressing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. For those who find strength in their spiritual identity, I am honored to incorporate faith-based principles into our work as a source of resilience. I look forward to walking alongside you as you regain a sense of control and move toward a more fulfilling life.
