Meet
With nearly 20 years of experience supporting elderly and dependent adults, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals maintain safety, stability, dignity, and independence within their homes and communities. This work has given me a deep understanding of the emotional, relational, and life challenges individuals and families may experience across different stages of life.
I hold a Master of Science in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy and am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, openness, and creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.
I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience. I tailor treatment to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual, couple, and family, drawing from evidence-based and client-centered approaches that support personal growth, emotional healing, and healthier relationships.
My goal is to help clients build resilience, navigate life transitions, and strengthen their connection with themselves and others.
