Carly
Meet
Hello, I am Carly Rowe, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and approved Clinical Supervisor. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and have over a decade of experience supporting diverse populations across all age groups, with a primary focus on military service members and their families. I currently practice as a licensed clinician at a military clinic.
My approach to clinical supervision is collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply supportive. I aim to create a secure space where supervisees can comfortably unpack complex cases, build resilience against burnout, and develop practical, evidence-based intervention strategies.
In my clinical practice, I utilize a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, Play Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), mindfulness and somatic-based approaches. I welcome the opportunity to guide and empower clinicians as they cultivate their professional identity and clinical mastery.
