I believe relationships are at the heart of the human experience. Connections with ourselves, others, and our broader communities shape how we experience our own lives. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel supported as you navigate relationships and life’s challenges.

While I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds, my passion lies in working with adolescents, young adults, and couples. Adolescence and young adulthood mark times in our lives where relationships and identity change and evolve, and I value the opportunity to help young folks navigate these changes. When working with couples, I view your relationship itself as the primary focus of treatment, rather than focusing on treating two individuals.

Together, we can better understand your relational patterns and deepen your connection. In our sessions, we’ll move at your pace. I give you the space to talk about what feels most important to you. I draw from a blend of therapeutic approaches—CBT, motivational interviewing, attachment theory, and more—but ultimately, my work is guided by curiosity, warmth, and compassion.
